"I found Rome a city of bricks and left it a city of marble."
2,659 sq. ft. of a little somethin' somethin' for everyone. 4 bedrooms, 2 full + 2 half baths, a study, formal dining area, desk/planning center.so when in the Rom(an), do as the Romans do. "Rome was not built in one Day." The Hidden Prairie addition in Edmond has something special that sets it off from all of the other communities. Here's a hint: 2,659 sq. ft. of beautiful silhouette that, according to Jeff, "has taken cues from mid-century modern architecture while employing a low-pitch shed roof design. A refreshing break from the typical roof lines on the block.or all of Oklahoma City and Edmond for that matter." (We'd like to take props for this because there's no mistaking who built the home.) "Everyone soon or late comes round by Rome." A perfect way to introduce the interior of this house, from the words of our Community Manager, Brodie Tucker, "The color scheme is awesome and gives you a very warm yet modern feel." He's right! Cool blue accent walls blend with a little exposed brick and a deep-colored concrete floor and supple carpeting to balance the act. Rich mocha surroundsand blue hues surround the fireplace, complete with built-in niches. It's why we're considered THE builder for modern homes in Oklahoma City. These surprises make our homes a thumbprint, not just a blueprint. The kitchen offers hints of the exposed brick underneath an horizontal sliding window and serious lighting. The blue-hued tile backsplashes from Modwalls offer the perfect coordination with the deep cabinetry, the countertops and stainless steel appliances. "When in the ROMAN, do as the ROMANS do." Let's talk social now. They say "When in Rome, do as the Romans do." and yeah, we switched up the quote a little because it fits. This house has MAJOR options with its social aspect. Not only does it offer 4 bedrooms (have as many guests as you want over), it has an open floor plan. Inviting into the kitchen or living area. Easily accessible from the kitchen is the door that leads to the covered patio. Ain't no raining on your parade. The top floor is a major social aspect. A huge room dedicated to pretty much whatever dedication you'd like to give it. In Jeff's words, "The bonus room is going to make one sweet game or media room for this home's future owner. Given its roominess and additional 1/2 bath, there's no reason why you can't shut down the lower story for the night and grab the popcorn or pizza to head up for a double-feature. The interesting choice of color combined with the angled roof line and placement of windows brings this room to life." Hello, options! "Enter the 'tablinum'". Say it with us, (tab-LINE-um). We give some serious high-fives to the ancient Romans for introducing the master suite private retreat (aka "the tablinum"). That's what we've done in this house. Towards the back of the home, is the master sanctuary. Huge room space with a nice tray ceiling decked in the blue-hue and molded with a nice dark finish to liven things up. Leading to the master bathroom, (ok this one is awesome) two sinks, on different sides. She has her own area to put on the make-up and he has his own area to shave (or vice versa, if that's how you roll). Separate bathroom spaces equal happy faces. The tub is in its own world from he shower, too. Bring it altogether in a massive walk-in closet room. It's not a closet, it's a room. "Outter space or inner space. Everyone get's their own place." If you're one of those guys who needs his man-space, not only is the bonus room that we mentioned earlier prime man-ness, there's also a special dedication to you in this house. The 3 car garage. Do what you will with tons of space. Put two cars in there and give yourself some room for whatever else you need. There's also the covered patio out back that will definitely appeal to your quiet time outside. Go 'head and grill or chill. For the girls? Consider this entire house or certain sections of it 'your' retreat. From the separate tub in the master bathroom, to the quite getaway upstairs you may have entered the realm of creating an awesome "staycation". |
