Let's start from square one.
The exterior of this Daniel plan plays with a lot of the features that make JCH unique. Low-pitched angled roof, off-set elongated windows, and distinctive southwestern-style landscaping are all just a few. However, the mix of stacked stone and brick on the outside of this particular home truly makes a statement. It sets apart the rest of the homes in the community, and is what makes Jeff Click Homes the modern homebuilder in Oklahoma City. The interior features a mix of all things fun, too and plays well with the excitement of the outside. Let's face it. There's nothing worse than opening an awesomely wrapped gift to find a pair of boring gold-toe socks inside, right? So, we surely wouldn't let you down here. A fusion of awesome design and staggering color-palate is first noticed upon entering. The dark concrete stained floor meets a cozy light carpeted, over-sized living area for guests to flock together. An unexpected elevated area just off of the entry is a prime place for doing whatever it is that you want to do. Yoga, work, study, play...it's got the perfect natural lighting flowing in from the said "off-set, elongated" windows. Lots of exposed brick and entertaining niches around every corner, too. As your eyes lead you to the kitchen, you'll notice something a little different: tall, hot, blonde...cabinetry! It's a different push that we took in this spec. Our community manager, Brodie Tucker states: "Most of our specs and customs have dark cabinets. It is just great to see an awesome house with light cabinets." So, maybe gentlemen do prefer blonde cabinets? Possibly so, particularly these as they are dressed with a complimentary backsplash and some sweet lighting/appliances. Introducing the "master retreat", as Pam Bradford (JCH's awesome office manager) likes to call it, "Who wouldn't want to come home every day and feel like you're miles away from the grind? The room makes you feel like you're in an awesome hotel or beachside timeshare, everything to make your stay comfortable has been planned. The well laid out master bath leading you to the fantastic closet that has plenty of room for all of my attire makes this portion of the home its own." Well stated! The master retreat has a sweet touch of exposed brick and tray ceiling, too! And, yep, the master bathroom design, color and trim is all quite captivating as well. His/her white sinks, blonde cabinetry and mirror trim meets dark wall color and crown molding. The shower and tub are both two entities because a little countervail equals awesomeness. Even though a home is where you will reign, your guests will be talking, too. Be prepared for you to be the one designated to throw all of the parties because this houses' social aspect has nice, little surprises. These include: the oversized living/kitchen area (stating the obvious, of course) but there's also a room located just off of the living that can be used as a nice theater room with a built-in bar. Watch the big game with the boys, enjoy your favorite cerveza, have the girls over for movie night complete with martinis and pints of chocolate ice cream, or call it a night and cuddle with the family in your own little world. If you feel like hanging outdoors, we've got you "covered" in the included covered patio. Because this house has a couple more bedrooms, invite them to stay! They get their own full guest bathroom, too, complete with a cool vessel sink. This house has everything for everyone. She might take on the raised study area or the master retreat, you might catch him hangin' in the kitchen with the hot blonde [cabinets] or theater/game room. The versatility is endless. |
