Exteriorly from the curb, its clean lines are accented with modern angled beams dividing the three tall front study windows. Coated with a reflective metallic finish that matches the garage, the taller portion of the study is adorned with a plastered black and silver faux. The landscape is clean and square, with a gorgeous red and silver ceramic urn that aligns with the front door amidst a lava-rock bordered, sectioned sidewalk.

Make your way inside to a striking balance of bold red accents, sleek black trim, and a light taupe main color, with plenty of reflective surfaces ranging from stainless steel to glass. The great room is undivided from the kitchen, but separated by an oversized island with lowered bar and attached table, both topped with stainless steel to match the appliances. The kitchen is roomy, well-lit by modern fixtures, which are reflected vibrantly by a glass tile backsplash.

Urban-influenced, authentic brick masonry is peppered throughout, including the living room entertainment wall, the main master suite bed wall, and in the hall bathroom. Both the study and the master suite are adorned by exposed-joist ceilings for an added feel of loft-style living.

We don't consider it a "back patio," but rather an outdoor lounge, sheltered by a vaulted ceiling that provides an added element of coziness, and hard-wired audio speakers for a social vibe. Just outside the covered portion is a serene bubbling water feature with nightscape lighting.
