Pam plays a pivotal role in the organizational force of JCH. Like the old Army slogan, she does more by 9am than most do in an entire business day. From maintaining the day to day administrative operations of the company, to coordinating bids, estimates, and order-placing, Pam performs her work always with discipline and detail, but always with a cheerful smile (especially when she has her 80s rock playing on her iMac).

Before joining our team, Brodie worked with one of JCH's competitors, which was one of the largest metro area home builders. In his six years there, he has been their top community manager receiving numerous acheivement awards.
When he's not working, Brodie can be found with his wife Rachelle and their kids Madeline and Wyatt. They all attend Life Church where Brodie serves as an usher at the NW OKC campus.

Managing the day-to-day construction events, Dallas keeps a watchful eye on each project insuring both quality control and adequate pace. With over 20 years in the construction business, his experience and expertise benefits each project he oversees.

JohnnyY™ is the other geek of JCH, second only to Jeff. A master of many skills, all of which he can utilize at once, Jonathan multi-tasks like nobody's business. He does so with laser-like focus on the task at hand despite the distractions of music, podcasts, blogging, and research happening at once on his two computers, an iMac and a PowerBook.
